He started his career as a journalist. After leaving a TV channel in 2014, he founded the Grechka Media communication agency from scratch, which was among the first to start working with Russian startups.

Ivan also works with the venture capital market and is the head of PR at the Pulsar VC international venture fund. Together with the Friends charitable foundation, he launched the Moscow School of Professional Philanthropy, the first "Mini-MBA for NGOs" in Russia. Ivan is a member of the faculty of the corporate educational programs at Skolkovo Startup School, Severstal, Netology.

Education: Public Relations degree from the RSUH, advanced training with the Russian Business Leaders grant at Georgetown University and The University of Texas.

Sharifa Al Badi is a published writer, author, PR specialist, and content creator with over 14 years of experience in journalism, PR, and creative directing.

She holds a BA in International Relations from AUS and an MA in media, communication, and critical practice from the London College of Communication UAL.

During the last 6 years, Sharifa has been carrying out various PR and communication projects for a wide variety of clients: from real estate developments to restaurants and financial institutions and has worked in the World of Web3, NFT art, and tech space.

Sharifa is also part of the mentoring program at the University of the Arts London - London College of Communication and has completed diplomatic training via the diplomatic institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Oman.
